Tagged: Self ID Campaign
Hello!
Do someone have a best practice on this topic to share with me? I mean: how to pic KPI´s about LGBTQI+ employees?
Thank you,
Mariana
Here are some ideas in terms of best practices for Self-ID campaigns.
1. Have your PRIDE ERG run a comms campaign to participate on National Coming Out Day and on the first day of PRIDE month.
2. Have your PRIDE ERG sponsor send out a comms campaign encouraging Self-ID participation.
3. Have local country CEOs send out a comms campaign encouraging Self-ID participation.
4. Focus on why you want employees to take part in Self-ID (e.g. so that the company can prioritise where it needs to prioritise their efforts).
I hope these are useful.
Also, take a look at this recent report published by Out & Equal and Windō: https://csrwindo.com/out-equal-lgbtq-report-2023/
Best,
Ken
