Our ERG is starting to engage our Russian leaders and employees about creating a more visible ally movement. While we have a code of business conduct that extends to Russia the anti-LGBTQIA+ laws and cultural perception is daunting. Does anyone have experience or feedback about extending ERG efforts in Russia or even ally training? We’re currently looking at sharing topics such as psychological safety in the workplace, the personal cost of covering and the corresponding business cost but looking for ideas or best practices.
