My company’s LGBTQ+ ERG, the Rainbow Network USA and Canada, is a national ERG and consists of members from approximately two dozen sites spread across the country. While there are some sites that have more members than others, there is unfortunately not a site that really has enough members for our ERG to launch a robust localized community engagement program. Therefore, our ERG leadership was wondering whether anyone knows of any national organizations that our company could engage for volunteer-based community service work? Ideally this work would be done virtually (maybe something like tutoring or mentoring?), and anyone around the country could participate regardless of their location. Does anyone have any ideas, or has anyone dealt with a similar challenge at their company? Thank you.
