Mental Health BRG

HI everyone, are any of your organizations creating a BRG specifically focused on mental health and wellness, vs it being a focus within the current BRG structure (women, LGBT+, Pwd, etc) ? Would love to hear from you if your organization is doing this today..Thanks! Kim

Hi, we do have an ERG that focuses on mental health and different abilities called WeThrive (it is a standalone Employee Resource Group with no ties to another group).  Here is a description:  To create an atmosphere of acceptability where those with a spectrum of abilities and caregivers are provided with an environment where they can thrive, assist each other and contribute to the success of the organization.
