Inclusive Bathroom Policies?

Hello – we at Wells Fargo are working to formalize our current inclusive bathroom usage standards into an actual corporate policy with some teeth for enforcement. We are looking to understand any best practices from other companies, examples of policy language, hurdles overcome and any other advice. Thanks in advance for any information anyone is able/willing to share.
