ERG Establishment Year?

I thought I would start some easy & fun conversation. 

What year was your ERG established?

I will start – “GALAXe – Pride at Work”, Xerox LGBTQIA ERG was established in 1988, first started as an email DL between a handful of folks, and later developed into GALAXe – a global ERG.

And I can say that O&E has done SO much in those 25 years to help organizations, corporations, and people – keep the good work going.. we aren’t all there yet, sadly.
