Our organisation has large offices and holds global events/meetings in both Pakistan and Dubai.
We’re looking for some resources/best practices on how to best support our queer colleagues based in those countries and those who travel there for meetings while respecting local laws and customs.
How does your organisation do this?

Using the model identified in this article companies are unlikely to be able go beyond the “When in Rome” or “Embassy Model”.
