Creating Cultures of Belonging

While many companies have adopted and implemented inclusive policies, and the legal backdrops shifts toward greater inclusion, the internal company cultures can still be slower to progress. LGBTQ employees can perhaps be hired at companies like these, but are less likely to stay on board if they don’t feel welcome and accepted in the workplace.  

• What are some ideas for internal-facing programs that address creating cultures of belonging in companies that already have inclusive policies?
