Mental Health BRG

Hi, we do have an ERG that focuses on mental health and different abilities called WeThrive (it is a standalone Employee Resource Group with no ties to another group).  Here is a description:  To create an atmosphere of acceptability where those with a spectrum of abilities and caregivers are provided with an environment where they can thrive, assist each other and contribute to the success of the organization.

We have Semicolon here at Huntington National Bank, which is a CoP (Community of Practice), basically a smaller version of a BRG/ERG. Here’s their mission statement: “Provide a safe place for colleagues to navigate their mental health, help to support and highlight resources, and let everyone know that Your Story Isn’t Over.” While I’m not a part of leadership so I can’t see the official count of members, on our internal social media Viva Engage there are over 1400 people signed up as members.
