Hi Mark…I am currently leading a collaborative effort for a Safe Space program at Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL through our Pride in Diversity Alliance (PrIDA) ERG Chapter. The program is based on four key elements. 1) PERSONAL Enrollment / Invitation, 2) INFORMATION (both web based and physical handouts), 3) EDUCATION – four courses (LBGTQ+ Basics, Value of an Ally, Diversity, Inclusion & Intersectionality, Transgender Awareness), 4) TANGABLE VISIBLE SIGNAL (main magnet that is provided at enrollment with four additional pieces that are earned by completing lunch & learn webinars / events). My goal is to boost awareness and ally participation ahead of the June Pride Month. I like the card idea as it could augment our program. It is set up as a table tent?
