Sonepar Pride is an LGBTQ+ employee resource group (ERG). We empower and inspire LGBTQ+ associates, families, and allies to be their full authentic selves in the workplace.

We believe that through our initiatives and actions, we create an environment where authentic employees create a positive customer experience.

Sonepar Pride fosters collaboration, advocacy, and support at all levels of the organization. We make a significant positive impact on both the business and community by:

• Providing leadership and development opportunities for LGBTQ+ associates and allies
• Creating an intersectional tie between all diverse associates and their families
• Improving associate engagement and performance through networking and mentorship opportunities
• Promoting and encouraging visibility and acceptance of LGBTQ+ across the organization
• Attend conferences to obtain knowledge that will help build Sonepar’s organizational capabilities and help attract and retain talent
• Hosting educational seminars/training, and engaging in community outreach with our associates
