Cross Country True Colors

The purpose of the Cross Country True Colors Employee Resource Group is to unite members of the LGBTQIA+ and Allies with the common interest of acceptance, community, and education. It is the mission of this group is to be a beacon of positivity so we can further the pursuit of equity, inclusion, and understanding for both corporate employees and group members. This will be done through group discussions, corporate collaboration, networking, community outreach, and providing resource materials with the goal of ensuring that Cross Country remains an inclusive and safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and Allies.
