      Hi everyone,

I wanted to here your thoughts on the latest edition of Kantar’s DIVA Report, which this year focuses on the lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ parents and families across India, South Africa, the UK, and the US. It explores themes like legal and social barriers, workplace inclusion, digital safety, and generational shifts in openness around identity.

You can read the full report here: https://www.kantar.com/campaigns/2025-kantar-diva-report

      Some findings that stood out:

Nearly half of LGBTQIA+ parents in India aren’t open about their identity within their child’s school community.

In the US and India, 1 in 4 LGBTQIA+ parents report career barriers due to their sexual orientation.

Despite progress, many still describe parenting as an isolating or unsafe experience — especially for trans and non-binary individuals.

I’d be really interested to hear your thoughts:

Do these insights align with what you or your communities are seeing?

What’s working — or not working — in terms of support for LGBTQIA+ parents in your workplace or country?

How do we move beyond visibility toward actual safety and inclusion?

Looking forward to hearing your perspectives.
