Harassment Training for external parties

Hello all, I am checking in to see if anyone has a resource guide or document for LGBTQ+ Harassment Training for employees dealing with external LGBTQ+ harassment in public facing businesses. At a recent ERG roundtable in Chicago a number of participants brought this up, and not many companies had anything to assist with the conversation. Has anyone’s company created a document or resource to help employees/managers navigate external harassment and handling volatile situations outside of their HR policy and dealing with anti-LGBTQ+ or anti-Trans in particular?
