Hi Andy – I think most companies unfortunately will have policies restricting them from being able to share ERG budgets externally. One suggestion I would have for trying to seek additional funding is to focus on ERG growth and, if possible look at budgets across the different ERGs within your company. Has one ERG maybe grown much more and been launched in many more locations compared to other ERGs where funding has become unbalanced. Hope that is helpful.
