The 2024 Out & Equal Excellence Awards are a unique opportunity to recognize and spotlight those who are leading impactful efforts for LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion in Latin America.

Winners from each category will be recognized at the Excellence Awards Reception on May 9, 2024, in São Paulo, Brazil, immediately following the 2024 LATAM Forum.

The deadline for submitting nominations is April 15, 2024.

This year’s LATAM Forum is taking place amid political and economic shifts across the region, which are influencing how businesses continue to advance their key strategies and drive cultures of inclusion and belonging forward.
