Community Engagement Groups

Out & Equal is building on the momentum of the 2023 Workplace Summit Community Engagement Groups (CEGs) by establishing CEGs as a year-round touchpoint for folks with like-identities. These groups will give members an opportunity to share common challenges and strategies and inspire each other through individual stories.

These groups will convene three times per year, twice virtually and once in person at the annual Workplace Summit.

Please follow the link below to opt-in to the Community Engagement Group(s) you would like to join and share with members of your organization who might be interested. You will receive more information about joining your chosen group(s) via email in the coming weeks.

Community Engagement Groups are a safe space for folks of like-identities. It is essential for connection and dialogue that you self-identify with the group you join. Currently, Community Engagement Groups are open to employees of partner companies, trusted community organizations and non-profits, and Federal Government employees
