BasisOUT

BasisOUT is an LGBTQIA employee resource group that fosters an inclusive, open community and helps advocate for the advancing equality of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, and allied people within and outside of our organization. BasisOUT builds partnerships and activates group members, first and foremost, to create a safe space, feel comfortable sharing their authentic selves, and amplify LGBTQIA+ and allied voices to incite positive change in the workplace and overall community inside and outside of Basis.
