Out & Equal’s LGBTQ+ Neurodiverse Community Engagement Group Roundtable

July 11 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am PDT

Welcome to Out & Equal’s second LGBTQ+ Neurodiverse Community Engagement Group Roundtable of 2025.

CEGs offer year-round opportunities for intersectional identity groups to build shared awareness around common challenges and strategies and inspire each other through individual stories.

This CEG will be hosted by Lindsay Evans (she/they) a queer, neurodivergent, autistic, invisibly disabled, thought leader and life-long learner on a mission. Accompanying Lindsay this year is KP Petersen (they/them) from Discover.

NeuroQueer individuals deserve an equitable environment, both at work and in our communities. Safe spaces to affirm identity, cultivate awareness, provide communal sharing of lived experience and virtual community where this could be the sole space one feels they belong – these are essential in creating, fostering, empowering, and validating environments for all.

It’s why safe spaces, like Out & Equal’s LGBTQ+ Neurodiverse CEG, where individuals of like-identities can connect, share stories, and open up about their unique challenges and experiences are critically important.

Through these vital support networks, which are centered on community and open dialogue, individuals can feel seen and validated. They can tap into and build the strength that lies within to show up authentically at work, advocate for themselves and others, and thrive.

This CEG is available for O&E partner contacts and companies and community and non-profit organizations. You must self-ID with the group.
