Welcome to Out & Equal’s first Ace/Aro Community Engagement Group Roundtable of 2025. CEGs offer year-round opportunities for intersectional identity groups to build shared awareness around common challenges and strategies and inspire each other through individual stories.

The Ace/Aro CEG will be hosted by Michael Graupmann (he/they) from Meta, Maggie Duckworth (she/they) from Boeing, and Sherina Barnes (she/her) from Sedexo.

Out & Equal’s Ace/Aro Community Engagement Group (CEG) serves as a vital support network for asexual and aromantic individuals to share challenges and connection through individual stories around navigating of their identities in the workplace. Through shared experiences and open dialogue, the group empowers members to show up authentically and advocate for themselves in professional settings.
