The mission of Spectrum is to engage, empower, and educate TVA’s workforce on LGBT issues relevant to our communities in the Tennessee Valley. We exist to improve the workplace environment for LGBT employees by providing support, advocacy to eliminate discrimination, and to ensure equal civil rights of all LGBT employees at TVA.
