About this ERG
The RTI Pride: LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a community of employees working together to create an environment of awareness and support for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies. The RTI Pride: LGBTQ+ ERG is open to all RTI employees, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity. The RTI Pride: LGBTQ+ ERG advocates for LGBTQ+-friendly changes in RTIpolicies and the work environment, provides support for LGBTQ+ employees, offers networking opportunities for our members, encourages the active involvement of allies, and promotes activities within RTI that raise awareness about the LGBTQ+ community.
