Rainbow Gem, LaunchDarkly’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual + (LGBTQIA+- acronyms explained here) Employee Resource Group (ERG) is focused on developing, maintaining and promoting a most inclusive workplace culture that supports and celebrates LGBTQIA+ identifying DarkLaunchers. Rainbow Gem provides and promotes LGBTQIA+ visibility among LaunchDarkly staff and with management that gives visibility and voice to the current workplace and social issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community within the organization. Through community building, education, networking, outreach and more, Rainbow Gem is committed to helping to build the critical & safe work environment wherein diversity in thoughts and ideas is maintained for all LGBTQIA+ employees to work, to learn, to grow and to continue in their career path.
