PRISM – Crayola

Represent and support Crayola’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Ally communities in areas including, but not limited to, workplace equality, education and community connection. Be a catalyst in helping Crayola build a diverse workforce through recruitment, career development and retention of LGBTQ+ employees. Serve as a resource for Crayola to connect with LGBTQ+ consumers in our fast-paced, culturally and socially diverse marketplace. Be a resource for Crayola to build an inclusive and diverse workplace, raising awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and challenges and assist in providing training and enrichment opportunities. Create a forum for the LGBTQ+ community at Crayola to raise issues and provide feedback on LGBTQ+ equality. Enable a connecting point for Crayola into the wider LGBTQ+ community locally, regionally and nationally.
