The JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s PRIDE Business Resource Group’s mission is to engage and support LGBTQ+ and Ally employees, management, and other Business Resource Groups in promoting an inclusive environment within the firm which consistently allows LGBTQ+ colleagues the opportunity to build successful careers and reach their greatest potential. It also seeks to serve as a resource to the local and national LGBTQ+ communities and to assist the firm in building business within the LGBTQ+ marketplace.
