Pride ERG – Northwestern Mutual (Wisconsin)

It started as an offshoot of our Diversity and Inclusion team, a committee within a committee to promote visibility to a very diverse minority. Eventually, we became a way for those of us to branch out into our local community in Milwaukee; including donating enough money to help begin MKE’s first LGBT+ youth shelter. Now, we are one of the biggest sponsors of Milwaukee Pridefest each year.
