Pride Connection Employee Resource Network – Wells Fargo (Seattle)

Our Pride Connection Employee Resource Network serves as the voice of inclusion and acceptance for LGBTQ+ and Ally employees. A small group of employees in San Francisco established Pride Connection (known then as PRIDE) in 1992 and since then, overall membership has grown at 25% annually, with membership in 2020 in excess of 16,000. The group currently comprises 47 domestic and four international chapters, and one virtual chapter. Pride Connection is committed to fostering career, professional, and personal development of its members, as well as enhancing understanding and inclusivity through education.
