CohnReznick’s Pride initiative aims to foster a work environment where lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) employees can bring their authentic self to work, feel a sense of belonging, and successfully advance their careers at our Firm. CohnReznick’s Pride initiative aims to bring our LGBTQ+ employees and allies together for networking, mentoring, and sharing information across our 20+ offices. The National Pride Council and local office representatives organize programs and events, such as Pride celebrations, c​ommunity sponsorships, webinars, constructive conversations, and more. The National Pride Council also supports and sponsors CohnReznick team members’ participation in external LGBTQ+ organizations and events, including the AICPA’s LGBTQ+ networking initiative, Out & Equal conferences, and local Pride events.
