About this ERG
PRIDE was started as an ERG in 2018 to support our LGBT+ employees. We transitioned to a BRG in 2020 to help make I&D a driver of AXA XL’s business practices. We host webinars promoting education and ally-ship, and are starting the process of being scored by the HRC Corporate Equality Index. We are more of a baby BRG at this time but excited to grow!
