P.R.I.D.E. & Allies ERG stands for promoting, respect, inclusion, diversity and equality. We are a regional ERG with 3 local chapters: Princeton, NJ, Hartford, CT and Amelia, OH. Our mission is to work together to create an inclusive environment for the retention and attraction of talent, an environment that will drive innovation, diversity of thought and promote understanding.  Drive LGBTQ friendly changes in the company policies, programs and work environment.  Provide support and networking opportunities for members.  Promote activities that raise awareness.  Education programs sponsored and supported by the organization and senior managers.  Promote an environment of understanding and authenticity.
