NCR United

United is the business resource group dedicated to serving NCR associates who identify as representatives or allies of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our mission is simple: build and support a culture of diversity and inclusion by fostering a sense of belonging and pride. United aims to support individuals for not only being who they are but also for celebrating who they are.

We are here to promote an inclusive and supportive workplace environment for employees of all sexual orientations, gender identities and/or expressions. To provide educational resources and informational support to NCR in helping to attain workplace diversity goals, retaining lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees, and fostering a safe and productive work environment where each employee can utilize fully his or her experience and knowledge to accomplish the core business objectives of NCR. To maintain a safe and non-threatening workplace environment in which LGBT employees feel confident, secure, and empowered; enabling them to perform to their utmost potential and thereby maximizing individual contribution to NCR.
