Mfriendly – Mattos Filho (São Paulo)

Mfriendly is Mattos Filho’s LGBTQIAP+ affinity group that aims to make the firm’s workplace even more welcoming so that people can assume who they are – if they want to. The discussion of LGBTQIAP+ rights in the corporate universe and in society has made this the biggest group, composed of more than 240 professionals, among LGBTQIAP+ and allies. In addition to internal actions, its members seek to inspire our relationship network – clients, partners, and suppliers – to collaborate with respect for LGBTQIAP+ rights and to reduce the violence and vulnerability of these peoplE. For this reason, we are part of business forums, support initiatives that promote human rights, and insert the LGBTQIAP+ issue as a priority agenda for 100% Pro Bono practice.
