LGBT Alliance – Cracker Barrel (Tennessee)

The LGBT Alliance is focused on promoting LGBT awareness and building workplace inclusion through community outreach, education, and policy. Our ERG’s work has been locally and nationally recognized most notably in 2018 when we received the ERG of the Year award from Out & Equal and the Corporate Diversity Award from our local Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce. Through community partnerships with Nashville Pride. Nashville Cares, the Oasis Center, Nashville HRC, our local LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations we seek to execute our mission of inclusivity and awareness.
