About this ERG

Started informally in 1996 to improve the workplace for LGBT employees at NASA Kennedy Space Center. Formally chartered in 2012. Has made significant accomplishments to the improvement of workplace environment for LGBT employees at the Kennedy Space Center and continues to work hard for full equality and an elimination of disparities for this community.
