Our initiatives include:
- Creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive network and community of LGBTQ+ employees and allies within Honeywell
- Promoting equality by sharing experience of being LGBTQ+ in the workplace and establishing visibility and open interaction with peers
- Provide mentoring of LGBTQ+ employees in an effort to promote professional development and prepare them for leadership opportunities
- Hold Honeywell accountable to significantly advance LGBTQ+ interests within the company
- Promote STEM within LGBTQ+ communities both locally and nationally
