About this ERG
The Boeing Employees Pride Alliance (BEPA) works to drive LGBTQ+-friendly changes in company policies and in the work environment by providing support and networking opportunities for its members, and promoting activities within Boeing that raise awareness about the LGBTQ+ community. The BEPA community creates a forum and processes where BEPA members nurture, encourage, mentor, coach and support each other in their personal and professional development and success.
