LGBTQ+ in Recovery Community Engagement Group Roundtable
April 14 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm PDT

Welcome to Out & Equal’s first LGBTQ+ Recovery Community Engagement Group Roundtable of 2025.
CEGs offer year-round opportunities for intersectional identity groups to build shared awareness around common challenges and strategies and inspire each other through individual stories. The LGBTQ+ in Recovery Roundtable will be hosted by Trippe Davis (he/him) from Deloitte and Arlene McDermott (she/her) from the London Stock Exchange.
Feelings of isolation and encounters with others that may be centered on stigma, bias, and/or discrimination, can make navigating the workplace experience for LGBTQ+ people in recovery complicated and difficult. It’s why safe places like Out & Equal’s LGBTQ+ in Recovery CEG are important. Through these vital support networks, which are centered on community and open dialogue, individuals can feel seen and validated. They can tap into and build the strength that lies within to show up authentically at work, advocate for themselves and others, and thrive. This CEG is available for O&E partner contacts and companies and community and non-profit organizations.
You must self-ID with the group. Note: This CEG is not meant to replace any treatment plan or program. Always consult a professional before making any decisions.
