As a part of the 2024 Workplace Summit virtual programming, Out & Equal will host 15 Community Engagement Groups (CEGs) through the Workplace Summit virtual portal. CEGs are designed to connect people and foster dialogue amongst individuals of similar identities. These groups, which are dynamic and energizing, create meaningful connections that offer a safe and supportive space for members to reflect on the shared challenges and successes they face, as well as their own unique experiences in the workplace.
