The first set of Illuminate Belonging sessions (4) will be hosted by Out & Equal CEO Erin Uritus (she/her). Together, we will build meaningful connections and foster the sense of community that we all missed when Workplace Summit in Orlando was canceled.

In a unique format that accommodates larger group discussions and smaller break outs for deeper conversation and connection, these sessions will be a chance to share experiences, support one another through the challenges and opportunities of this ever-changing landscape, and strengthen our collective commitment to workplace inclusion and belonging until we can all re-convene next year at Workplace Summit in Seattle!
