      Hello,

I am curious whether any companies have had experience with placing tampons in men’s rooms at facilities that still have gender-specific men’s and women’s rooms? One of our sites has a mix of single-stall gender-neutral bathrooms and a more “traditional” set of men’s and women’s rooms. A couple months ago, the site put tampons in their men’s room, and the tampons disappeared. Someone also complained to leadership about the presence of tampons in the men’s room. The site’s leadership team is currently exploring how to best communicate about this to our employees. Put them back with a small simple sign explaining to keep them there? Or send a different type of message to explain why they would be there? Or hold a forum to dive deep into the topic? Would welcome any guidance. Thank you!
