Rainbow Network USA and Canada

The Rainbow Network USA & Canada is the employee resource group (ERG) for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) employees and allies at EMD Serono, MilliporeSigma, and EMD Electronics, which collectively make up the U.S. businesses of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. The Rainbow Network strives to facilitate an environment in which LGBTQ+ employees can bring their whole selves to work and support the business imperatives of employee engagement and productivity, employee retention, and talent attraction.
