Spectrum is the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s employee support network group dedicated to supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) employees and their allies. Membership is available to all Federal Reserve Bank employees regardless of location. We help employees achieve their full potential in the workplace by promoting a culture of authenticity and openness. Our activities support the inclusion, professional development, and community service interests of LGBTQ employees and their allies.
