Bank of America champions LGBT+ Inclusion as we know that our diversity makes us stronger. We focus on supporting our employees, customers, clients and the LGBT+ communities that we live and work in. We are better connected when we all feel free to communicate openly, share ideas and solutions, and build supportive, cooperative relationships. Bank of America is committed to a culture of inclusion with 70 visible LGBT+ executive representation, 40 pride chapters launched globally since 2009 and more than 26,000 allies and out-at-work teammates across 35 countries. We look forward to connecting with you! Please don’t hesitate to contact us via email and reference “O&E Global Hub”.
We were the first formal affinity group developed on campus, and in our inaugural year held a hugely successful in person campus Pride celebration event. Overall, we are still formulating an identity but are beginning partnerships or working relationships with the other ERG’s in the Dallas medical district. Our activities can be challenged by around-the-clock work shifts and lower engagement with a virtual format.
We build equality, by advocating for our people. We build community, by creating workplaces where everyone belongs. We build awareness, by educating ourselves and our colleagues. We build careers, by providing framework for success. We build visibility, by sharing our stories.
The TI Pride Network (TIPN) is an officially recognized Texas Instruments diversity initiative for all employees who support the values of workplace inclusion and equality for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, expression or characteristics. TIPN is composed of friends and supporters from all parts of TI. We welcome participation by all TIers, including lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgendered persons and straight allies.
