PH EAGLE is the Philippine’s local chapter of the global LGBT+ BRGs in IBM. We have been instrumental in deploying LGBT+ inclusive benefits in the Philippines in 2015 as the first few ones in IBM ASEAN. We were also the first in the Philippines among other corporations to do so. To date, IBM EAGLE in the Philippines is positioned as thought leader in LGBT+ D&I in the national corporate level and is also an active member of the several organizations such as the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride and Pride@Tech.
